Selection of Ceramic Capacitors
When selecting capacitors, consider the DC voltage characteristics (AC & DC) and aging characteristics.
ALLOWABLE RIPPLE CURRENT
Ripple current should be less than “Allowable Ripple Current Value” shown in the following table, and temperature rise of the
chip surface (T) should be below 20°C.
When AC and DC voltage are superimposed, keep the peak value of the voltage within the rated voltage.
