Check the noise condition so that the exposure to those noises could be avoided as much as possible in the process of designing and mounting the product. @) This product may generate heat so the product should be designed and mounted for utmost heat radiation. Reflow soldering The below illustrated temperature profile at the top surface of this product is requested for soldering. Packing specifications @Moisture-proof packing In order to avoid absorption of moisture during transportation and storage, this product is packed in the aluminum envelope. A desiccant with a humidity indicator is included in the aluminum envelope and indicator changes its color from blue to pink as it absorbs moisture. Storage In order to avoid the absorption of moisture, it is recommended to store this product (in bulk or taped) in the dry box (or the desiccator) with a desiccant. Otherwise, to store it in the following environment is recommended. - Temperature: 10~30C (50~86F) * Humidity:60%RH max. It is recommended to solder this product as soon as possible after unpacking the aluminum envelope, but in case that this product has to be left unused after unpacking.to store it in the dry box or to seal the aluminum envelope again is requested. (Please refer to backing conditions.) Baking lf this product packed in an aluminum envelope is stored over 6 months, or if it passes more than 48 hours after aluminum envelope is opened, it is requested to make baking per following conditions.
