CASE: FLAME RETARDANT PREFORMED CASE WITH EPOXY FILL.
LEAD MATERIAL: SOLDER COATED OR TINNED SOLID WIRE. AWG AS SPECIFIED IN TABLES.
DIMENSIONS: AS SPECIFIED IN TABLES. OTHER LEAD LENGTHS, LEAD SPACINGS, AND CRIMP
STYLES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS
CAPACITANCE: AS SPECIFIED IN TABLES ± REQUESTED TOLERANCE WHEN MEASURED AT OR
REFERRED TO 1000 ± 20 HZ AND 25 ± 5 °C.
TOLERANCE: ±5%, ±10%, AND ±20% AVAILABLE. OTHER TOLERANCES AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST.
DISSIPATION FACTOR: SHALL NOT BE GREATER THAN 0.1% FOR VALUES BELOW 1.0 µF OR 0.2% FOR
VALUES 1.0 µF AND GREATER WHEN MEASURED AT OR REFERRED TO 1000 ± 20 HZ AND 25 ± 5 °C.
INSULATION RESISTANCE: SHALL BE GREATER THAN 9,000 MΩ FOR CAPACITANCE VALUES 0.33 µF
AND LESS OR 3,000 MΩ x µF FOR CAPACITANCE VALUES GREATER THAN 0.33 µF WHEN MEASURED
AFTER 1 MINUTE ELECTRIFICATION AT 100VDC AND 25 ± 5 °C.
DIELECTRIC STRENGTH: 150% RATED VOLTAGE FOR 1 MINUTE THROUGH A LIMITING RESISTANCE
OF 100 OHMS/VOLT AT 25 ± 5 °C.
RATED VOLTAGE: 250VDC/160VAC, 400VDC/220VAC, 630VDC/250VAC, 1000VDC/400VAC,
1250VDC/500VAC, 1600VDC/600VAC, AND 2000VDC/660VAC AVAILABLE.
TEMPERATURE: -55 °C TO +85 °C AT FULL RATED VOLTAGE.
