Characteristics MBR1100 Units The MBR1100 axial leaded Schottky rectifier has been opti-
mized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate leakage.
Typical applications are in switching power supplies, convert-
ers, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse battery protection.
