DESCRIPTION
The 1N4678UR-1 thr u 1N 471 7UR -1 seri es of 0.5 watt gl ass su r face mount DO-213AA Zener
vol tag e r egul ator s pr ovides a sel ection from 1.8 to 43 volts i n standard 5% toler ances as well
as tight er tolerances wit h a very low test cur r ent of 50 µA. These hav e an inter nal
metallurgical bond. Th i s typ e of i nt er nally b onded Zener package constructi on is also
avai lable with high-reliability up-s creening as des cri bed in th e Features sec tion. M icr osemi
als o offers numerous other Zener products to meet higher and lower p ower appl i cati ons.

end for Zener regulation.
