Description
The TS4041 is a low power shunt voltage
reference providing a stable 1.225V output
voltage over the industrial temperature range
(-40°C to +85°C). A vailabe in SOT23-3 surface
mount pac kage, it can be designed in applica tions
where space saving is critica l.
The low operating current is a key advantage for
power restricted designs . In addition, the TS4041
is v ery stable and can be used in a broad range of
application conditions.

3 Package information
In order to meet environmental requirements, STMicroelectronics offers these devices in
ECOPACK® packages. These packages have a lead-free second level interconne ct. The
category of second level interconnect is marked on the package and on the inner bo x label,
in compliance with JEDEC Standard JESD97. The maximum ratings related to soldering
conditions are also marked on the inner box label. ECOPACK is an STMicroelectronics
tradema rk. ECOPACK specifications are available at: www.st.com.
