Characteristics 31DQ.. Units The 31DQ.. axial leaded Schottky rectifier has been opti-
mized for very low forward voltage drop, with moderate
leakage. Typical applications are in switching power sup-
plies, converters, free-wheeling diodes, and reverse
battery protection.
