EP20K200E and EP20K300E 652-Ball BGA Package Improvement
Change Description:
The EP20K200E and EP20K300E 652-Ball BGA packages will be re-enforced with a
stiffener added to the top of the package.
Reason For Change:
This change improves EP20K200E and EP20K300E 652-Ball BGA package coplanarity
during high temperature reflow resulting in improved package integrity. This change will not
affect package thickness, overall package dimensions, or the moisture rating for this package.
Products Affected:
EP20K200E 652-Ball BGA packages.
EP20K300E 652-Ball BGA packages.
Product Traceability and Transition Dates:
This improved package will begin shipping on or after January 1, 2002 and will be marked on
the package with topside date code 0201 or later.
