DESCRIPTION
The Model IPT general purpose
industrial pressure transducer is
designed for use in a variety of
industries. Providing excellent
media compatibility, stability, low
cost and proven reliability, it is ideal
for OEM applications. This model
provides three input/output options
(0 to 100 mV, 1 to 5 VDC or 4 to
20 mA). Each unit is shipped fully
compensated for pressure and
temperature and is completely
interchangeable without the need
for further calibration.
The IPT features a solid state
silicon piezoresistive sensing
element, electrostatically bonded
to a glass pedestal to virtually
eliminate the effects of induced
stress and vibration. The trans-
ducer has a computer-controlled
laser trimmed custom hybrid circuit
which standardizes output and
provides precise temperature and
pressure compensation. Rugged
construction and a standard
18 inch (45 cm) cable make it
truly cost effective.
